Fighting Cancer: Bigger than the Game

One of the most rewarding experiences that I had as an undergrad was working on a team for 10 weeks with the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program during a challenge that we named “Bigger than the Game”. We worked with the Comprehensive Cancer Centers at The Ohio State University and the University of Michigan to get students and community members excited about supporting cancer research. The premise was to record as many people as possible doing “the wave” and then to string them together in an “Endless Wave”- all while supporting the philanthropy of our choice. It was an awesome experience for both personal and professional growth. This video really captured the essence of the challenge! And it was cool being featured in the video.
